Order Process

• Custom Products: All orders are custom-made. Once payment is processed and artwork is approved, no cancellations or refunds are possible.
• Order Processing: An order is considered processed once payment and artwork are approved and production begins. Exceptions may apply in case of technical errors on our end or other exceptional circumstances.

Error Policy

• Reporting Errors: Report any errors within 5 business days of receiving your order.
• Production Issues: If the error is ours (e.g., printing defects), we’ll reprint and ship the corrected order at no extra cost.

Payment

• Payment Before Production: Full payment is required before production. Credit cards are charged after artwork approval.
• Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards, checks, money orders, and local cash payments. Orders paid by check or money order are processed after funds clear.

Credit Accounts

• Eligibility: Frequent customers spending over $500/month can apply for a credit account (processing takes 7-10 business days).
• Payment Terms: Credit accounts must be paid within 30 days of invoice. Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly fee.

Pricing

• Prices: Prices are listed on our website or quoted in writing. Shipping is additional.
• No Hidden Fees: We do not include hidden charges and never print our name on your materials.
• Reprints & Reruns:
  • If you're unsatisfied for reasons other than our error, you must place a new order.
  • If we make a production error, we will reprint at no additional charge.

Artwork & File Submission

• Customer Responsibility: Ensure all artwork is correct, including spelling, layout, and design.
• File Archiving: We store files for up to one year, but recommend keeping a backup.

Quality & Color Control

• Quality Check: Every order undergoes thorough quality control.
• Color Matching: We match colors as closely as possible. For exact matches, request a match print (additional fee applies).

Turnaround & Rush Orders

• Estimated Time: Turnaround times are estimates and may vary.
• Rush Jobs: Subject to availability and must be confirmed in writing.

Shipping

• Methods: Orders ship via UPS or local messenger.
• Risk of Loss: Once handed to the carrier, you assume all risk.
• Claims: We handle claims for damaged orders shipped under our UPS account only.

Content & Copyright

• Your Responsibility: Ensure submitted content does not violate copyright or laws.
• Copyright Issues: Bargain Printing is not liable for unauthorized content.

Privacy Policy

• Your Information: We never share your data except to fulfill your order.
• Payment Info: Used solely for billing your orders.
